About my work and passion
Hi, I’m Lauren Penn—a designer, web developer, project manager, and community organizer based in Denton, Texas. I’ve spent my career bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design, strategic planning, and creative collaboration. Whether I’m building websites, developing businesses, or leading community initiatives, I love helping people turn vision into action.
At home, I’m a mom to three incredible daughters and co-run several businesses with my husband, Robert. Together, we’re passionate about building things that matter—whether it's a family-friendly business, a creative project, or a community effort.
I love gardening with native plants, building custom rooms supporting local causes, and noticing the places—both online and off—that could use a little more beauty, care, and justice. My work is rooted in the belief that small things, done with intention, can transform lives and communities.
